Why we guarantee results at all
Most agencies sell effort: hours worked, pieces mailed, campaigns "launched." We think that's backwards. You're not buying effort — you're buying booked appointments and tracked revenue. So that's what we guarantee, in writing, before you pay a dollar.
The 12-Booking Guarantee
If your campaign doesn't produce at least 12 booked appointments and $6,000 in tracked revenue within 90 days of the final drop, you choose what happens next.
We mail your next 200-patient campaign at our cost. You pay nothing for round two.
We refund every dollar you paid, less the hard cost of printing and postage (approximately $1,400).
No fine print. No "you didn't follow our process." If the campaign misses the number, you decide.
How we can afford to say this
Because the guarantee isn't a marketing gimmick bolted onto a weak offer — it's the natural result of a system built around measurement from day one. Every campaign ships with a private results dashboard, so neither of us is guessing at day 90. We see the same numbers you do, in real time, the whole way through.
We also don't run every campaign that walks in the door. Three practices per metro, per quarter, and an operational consultation before we start — because a campaign behind a front desk that can't handle the response is a campaign that was going to miss the number regardless of how good the mail was. We guarantee what we can actually control.
What "tracked revenue" actually means
We don't count a booked appointment as revenue until it shows up as completed and paid in your practice-management system, cross-referenced against the specific patients on your mailed list. No inflated attribution, no counting patients who were already scheduled before the mail dropped. If a number goes on your dashboard, we can show you exactly where it came from.
